The Mux Pod Shipping Container is designed to robustly and safely transport a section of a Hydril Pressure Control Mux Pod, protecting it from the peril of shipment. It is also designed for long term storage. The container is as robust as the contents are valuable. It is constructed of carbon steel and finished with a multicoat protective coating system for offshore platform and splash zone service. All exterior edges are seam welded and a 1" splash guard is included to resist water intrusion. Additional features include:

• Lift eyes and forklift pockets provided for easy handling.
• A storage box for storing spare parts or tools.
